Double sided disc. Labels on both sides. The playing surface has some visible scuff marks but nothing that looks significant. There is no flaking present. A side label has pencil writing of the date, song title, and first name of people, presumably the people singing, but not confirmed. B side label has no writing and is partially unglued and torn.
