Side A is more of a folk tune, the B side is two songs both named Burlington Theme, which I assume has to do with a town called Burlington (Burlintgon WV?). I couldn't find any newspapers articles about this particular release, but my hunch is that it is for a town's anniversary of some kind. I've come across singles paid for by a local municipality for their 100th, 150th etc anniversary.
