Curly's Rhythm Ramblers

Info from Michigan Nickel Company Release 002

I've been trying to figure out who Curly is in Curly's Rhythm Ramblers and it's easier said than done.  According to the credits on this release I had guessed he was Curly David, however according to newspaper clippings this outfit was run by a few different Curlys.  Although it is possible that there were multiple Curly And The Rhythm Ramblers, so who really knows.

My educated guess is that Curly Money is a separate Rhythm Ramblers that was located in the south with the other bands possibly being the same and located around Indiana.  It is also possible that the Rythm Ramblers was a separate group that played with many people and just happened to play with multiple Curlys.  Another possibility is that Curly's Rhythm Ramblers was a group that existed from the 40s until the 60s and whoever was leading it took the nick name Curly.
